A dynamic, full-body movement experience
This more advanced class incorporates seated work along with standing, floor, and mat-based sequences. Movements are more continuous and challenging, focusing on strength, coordination, balance, and full-body integration.
Expect a more athletic pace that builds mobility while also improving endurance and control.

GYROKINESIS® Foundations
(Chair-Based)
A gentle, supported movement class
This class is performed primarily on a stool and is designed to be accessible, slow-paced, and supportive. Movements focus on improving posture, mobility, breathing, and spinal health without getting down on the floor.
It’s an excellent option for seniors, beginners, or anyone looking for a more gentle, joint-friendly way to move and stay active.

Yoga

10-Class Pass — $200
(expires in 6 months)
A flexible option for those who want consistency. Use your 10-class pass for any class we offer, with six months to enjoy all your sessions.
Class Cancellation Policy
All class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. If you cancel after the 24-hour window, one class pass will be deducted from your account – under the prices for the classes.
