Postpartum Rehab Program for Mothers

Acknowledging that mothers spend so much of their time taking care of others and very little focused on themselves, Chiropractor, Dr. Aly is inspired to support this population in her clinical practice. Postpartum Rehab at PT’MOVEMENT is a group exercise program specifically tailored to postpartum women. These 60 minute movement classes will focus on education, postural strengthening, pelvic floor function, and core and glute strengthening to address all of your body’s changes related to pregnancy.

If you answered yes to any of these, our program is for you! These 60-minute group classes focus on postural strengthening, pelvic floor health, core and glute strengthening, and so much more.

Program Overview:

  • Offered by: Chiropractor, Dr. Aly Rawson
  • Program Includes:
    • 1 x Individual Initial Assessment (60 min)
    • 8 x Group Training and Exercise Sessions (60 min)
  • Schedule: The program runs two times per week for 4 weeks
  • Pre-Program Requirement:
    • One-on-one assessments must be completed prior to your first group session to ensure suitability for the program
    • Must be at least 6-weeks postpartum

The Details

  • Total Cost: $455, which includes the initial assessment with Dr. Aly, DC, and access to all 8 group sessions.
  • Current Program Offering: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm, running from April 29, 2025 to May 22, 2025.
  • Babies are welcome to join!
